E-Decor Services:
You have a room bursting with unrealized potential; we have the ideas and experience to help you pull it together. Our e-decor services allow us to work with clients all over the country, and give you access to great design at a fraction of the cost traditionally associated with hiring a designer. Here’s how it works:
You mail or email us:
- Photos of the room
- Measurements (see our how-to-measure for help)
- A list of what must stay in the room, and dimensions of these items
- Any inspiration images you may have collected
- A completed Client Information Sheet (if you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download a pdf version of the information sheet here)
- Payment for our e-decor service
Once we’ve received everything we need from you, we’ll set up a consultation by phone or email, whichever you prefer. This allows us to ask any questions about your needs and desires for the space, and allows you to give us any additional guidance. This kind of personal consultation isn’t offered by all e-decor firms, but we believe it’s important to establish a relationship between designer and client to achieve the best results. Two weeks following your consultation, we send you a project binder with everything you need to implement your custom-designed room:
- Computer drafted floorplan showing furniture placement
- Presentation page(s) to convey the feeling of your new space
- Images, dimensions & pricing of all furniture selections
- Fabric samples (where available)
- A detailed shopping list outlining sources, costs, item numbers, etc.
Cost: $395.00 per room
Because they typically require renovation, we do not recommend e-decor services for kitchens and bathrooms. We feel these are best addressed through an in-person design consultation.
Although we do our best to ensure that you will love the room we’ve designed, we cannot make changes or additional recommendations once the binder has been sent out. Should you require additional assistance at that time, consultation by phone or email is available at a rate of $65 per hour.
